Booking Terms & Conditions for Services

1. Payment & Booking Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session with The AfroMystic.

  • Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable (see Rescheduling below).

  • An email confirmation with session details will be sent upon successful payment.

2. Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a session without forfeiting the session fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their session once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will begin at the scheduled time, regardless of when the client arrives.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their session without refund. This ensures respect for subsequent appointments.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee, and rescheduling will not be offered.

6. Ethical Boundaries

  • The AfroMystic reserves the right to decline any questions or situations deemed unethical, illegal, or outside the scope of her expertise.

  • Divination offers guidance but is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Confidentiality

  • All sessions with The AfroMystic are private and confidential. No information or insights will be shared with third parties.

8. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

  • If The AfroMystic must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

9. Energy Preparation

  • Clients are encouraged to come with an open mind and clear intentions for their session. Preparing questions or topics in advance can enhance the experience.

10. Spiritual Tools & Practices

  • The AfroMystic’s insights are intended to empower clients. Outcomes are influenced by the client’s free will, actions, and energy.

  • No specific results are guaranteed from divination or spiritual guidance.

By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
